I received a fair price for my car, and the transaction went quickly and smoothly and exactly as I was told it would. The staff were very accommodating of how I was most comfortable doing the transaction (e.g. I was more comfortable getting a cashier’s check vs providing my checking account # and routing info, and that was done without hesitation by the staff). One of the best parts of all this is there was somebody always available to answer the phone when I had a question. This is the first time I’ve sold a car “over the internet” so to speak (i.e. not face-to-face with the buyer), and there are so many scammers out there, so I could call anytime and they answered the phone and my questions.
