Buying or Selling a 1945 Jaguar Mark IV?

Jaguar was first named SS Cars Ltd. and was renamed Jaguar in 1945 to avoid an association with the Nazi political party. The Jaguar Mark IV was produced from 1935 to 1949 and was available as a saloon or a two-seater sports car, with three different engine options named the Jaguar SS 1.5 liter, the Jaguar SS 2.5 liters and the Jaguar SS 3.5 liter. The models were built on a separate chassis frame with suspension using semi-elliptic leaf springs on rigid axles in the front and rear. The 1.5-liter model could reach a top speed of 113 mph and the engine was connected to a four-speed manual gearbox. The 2.5-liter model had a power output of 105 hp and the 3.5-liter car was boosted up to 125 hp.
