Buying or Selling a 1988 Ferrari 328 GTS?
The Ferrari 328 GTS was the replacement for the successful Ferrari 308 GTS, featuring a 3.2-liter V8 engine capable of a 270 hp output. The Ferrari 328 was also designed by Pininfarina and boasted a curvy body with refined details. ABS brakes were made available as an option in the middle of the year 1988, which necessitated a redesign of the suspension geometry to provide negative offset. As a result, the road wheel design also needed to be changed in order to accommodate this feature. A convex design replaced the original flat spoke “star” wheels, whether ABS was fitted or not. Thanks to its powerful engine and smooth transmission, the Ferrari 328 GTS drove great, and with the addition of the convertible top, makes a very good daily-driver – even by today’s standards.
